Caryn Rubinstein Torah Fund Honoree

Caryn is a true New Jersey girl. Born and raised in Livingston, New Jersey, Caryn left New Jersey to
attend Washington University in St. Louis, Mo where she majored in psychology and obtained her BS
degree. After graduation, ready to get out of the cold, she attended Nova Southeastern Law School in
Fort Lauderdale Florida where she graduated with a JD and as a member of Law Review. Caryn is
admitted to both the State and Federal Florida and New Jersey Bars. She is also admitted to practice in
the US District Court and US Supreme Court.

While in Florida, Caryn met her husband Rob, also a lawyer. They will be married for 25 years this May.
She started her career in Florida working for a well-known Miami law firm handling catastrophic aviation
litigation and was involved in the initial AIDs litigation. The lure of family brought Caryn back to New
Jersey where she began her career working with her father and then later starting her own firm,
handling residential and commercial real estate. She is now working for NRT Title Agency, running their
Princeton Office. She recently obtained her New Jersey Title producers license.

Caryn does not stop at work. Since moving to the Mercer County Area over 22 years ago, Caryn has
been involved. As a way to connect to the community, Caryn immediately contacted Federation and
was an active participant with their Young Women’s Division and is a past Federation Board Member.
She is the recipient of the Young Women’s Leadership Award. She continues to serve on the Allocations
Committee with Federation. She is a past board member of the Jewish Community Center when it was
located in Ewing Township. She was actively involved at Abrams Hebrew Academy where her 2 girls
attended school. She is involved with Jewish Family and Children’s Services and is currently on the
Board of Directors for Adath Israel where is on the Personnel Committee and Ad hoc Real Estate
Committee. In addition, to volunteering her time to others.

When not working or shopping, Caryn can be found on the tennis courts trying to keep up with her two
daughters, Jessica and Rachel and her husband Rob, and sometimes she pretends to play golf.
